Processing press-fit elements
Refinement and functional coating
We finish your individual aluminum carriers according to your wishes.
The carriers can either be mechanically brushed, ground, polished or blasted or chemically pretreated for further processes.
Anodic oxidation (anodizing) is often used to make the carrier harder and less sensitive, but above all to protect it from corrosion damage.
Anodizing is available in various colors and finishes – we will be happy to advise you.
Lasering
Our modern machinery from Eurolaser offers the possibility to precisely cut plastics and foils in various thicknesses. This process offers high flexibility and maximum precision.
Die Cutting
If you require larger quantities, we also have the option of die-cutting foils, which is a much more efficient process than laser cutting. We manufacture the punching tools ourselves so that we can respond quickly and individually to your requirements.

We assemble circuit boards in-house by hand, wire individual components, connect them and carry out the final test.
If you require larger quantities, we also have the option of using SMD assembly within our strong partner network.
When it comes to design, there are practically no limits. The colors and screen printing design in particular make your input system unique and unmistakable.
Not only can you choose the colors freely, you can also opt for matt or reflective surfaces. Even a simple relief screen print can completely change a keyboard.
