At Wiko Technik, we develop customized input systems based on our many years of experience in the field of membrane keyboards. Our comprehensive know-how enables us to handle all process steps in-house – from the initial idea to development and final quality control.

Structure I
The decorative foil consists of polyester, while the adhesive foil is made from pure acrylate. On low-energy surfaces it is also possible to use other adhesive foils.Structure II
Similar to structure I, but with the decorative foil glued to a carrier plate that can be made of a wide variety of materials.Structure III
In this case the whole touch pad is pasted on a carrier plate or on a milled-out plate, so creating a new and homogeneous product.Design Possibilities
When it comes to the design of WIKO-Technik touch pads, the scope of what we can accomplish is wide open. Through the use of colour and design in particular, your input device will be unique and unmistakable. Even a simple relief screen printing can alter the touch pad immensely.
Finally, we also offer the option of different embossing styles to suit your touch pad.

WIKO-Technik
prefers polyester foils for membrane switches and decorative foils, since in this way different coefficients of expansion can be avoided and highly reliable application is assured. WIKO-Technik can of course make use of other materials, according to the design and to what the customer wants.
